Transformation doesn’t begin in the mirror—it begins within. It starts with self-belief, purpose, and the courage to embrace change. That philosophy has shaped every chapter of my life and continues to guide the work I do today.

With over 15 years of experience across media, hospitality, customer service, learning and development, and image management, I bring together corporate expertise and a deep understanding of people. My journey began at STAR TV, where I learnt the value of strategic communication, client relationships, and performing in a fast-paced corporate environment. My experience with renowned hospitality brands, including the Taj Group of Hotels and Sarovar Park Plaza Hotels, further strengthened my commitment to service excellence, professionalism, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

At an important stage in my career, I chose to step away from the corporate world to focus on raising my family. What many would see as a career break became one of the most transformative chapters of my life. It taught me resilience, adaptability, and the courage to reinvent myself. During this time, I also completed my Bachelor’s degree in Education, reaffirming my belief that learning is a lifelong journey.

Life then took me to Singapore, where I spent over half a decade immersed in a multicultural environment that deepened my appreciation for professionalism, cultural intelligence, and continuous learning. It was there that I formally trained in Image Management and Soft Skills and discovered work that truly aligned with my purpose.

Inspired by the high standards of professionalism and personal development I experienced in Singapore, I made one of the boldest decisions of my life. While my husband continues to work there, I returned to India with a clear vision—to establish myself independently and contribute by helping individuals and organisations embrace the same culture of professionalism, confidence, and continuous growth.

That vision became “Transform with SK”—a platform dedicated to helping individuals, professionals, entrepreneurs, and organisations build confidence, strengthen executive presence, and communicate with authenticity and impact through image management, personal branding, and experiential learning.

Today, I work with corporate teams, educational institutions, entrepreneurs, professionals, women returning to the workforce, and young adults preparing for their careers. I am also proud to serve as an empanelled mentor and guide for aspiring Image Management professionals and Soft Skills Trainers, supporting them as they build successful, purpose-driven careers and develop confidence in their own professional journeys.

Helping people rediscover their confidence, recognise their strengths, and step into new opportunities with purpose is one of the greatest privileges of my work.

This commitment also guides my community work. As a Founding and Core Team Member of the Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs (COWE), Haryana Chapter, I actively support initiatives that encourage women to grow, lead, and build successful enterprises. I also serve as a Block Chief within the Bharat Soka Gakkai (BSG) Buddhist community, where the philosophy of Kosen-rufu—the belief that one person’s inner transformation can create positive change in families, communities, and society—continues to shape both my life and my work.”

Looking back, I realise that no meaningful journey is ever walked alone. I am deeply grateful to every mentor, teacher, colleague, client, friend, and well-wisher who has encouraged, challenged, and believed in me along the way. I also look ahead with gratitude and an open heart to the many people yet to enter my life—the angels who will continue to inspire, guide, and shape the chapters still to come.

Today, my mission is simple: to help people discover the confidence to show up authentically, communicate with purpose, and create opportunities through the power of image, behaviour, and meaningful human connection.

Because transformation isn’t about becoming someone else—it’s about becoming the most authentic, confident, and capable version of yourself.
